We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join a project-driven IT team in an onsite role supporting a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support and assist with hardware and software upgrades, machine provisioning, and decommissioning efforts. In this role, youll handle both structured project work and ad hoc walk-up support, reporting directly to the team lead and working alongside a collaborative IT group.

This position operates in a 50/50 Mac and Windows environment, with a slight preference for Mac expertise. During gaps between projects, the role will involve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tasks such as account access issues, password resets, and printing problems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced Active Directory skills (e.g., security groups, creating groups)

Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID

Familiarity with Okta or any identity and access management (IAM) tool

Experience with TeamViewer or other remote support tools
