Requirements :

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR
  Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience Required

• Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience (excluding training) Required

• ️ Ohio Medical License (Active or In Process) Required

• ️ List of EM Procedures Performed Required

• COVID-19 Vaccination Proof Required

• No Visa Support (J1/H1B not accepted)

• Clean malpractice & license history Required

• Not accepting new grads
  

Choose between:

• W2 Employee $240/hr

  • $10/hr extra for all night shifts

  • Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision w/ HSA, Life Insurance, 401k, $3,000 CME)

• 1099 Independent Contractor $250/hr
