This is a hospital-employed, full-time outpatient opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive, community-based care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
