Focus: Inpatient hospital-based urology care (consults & procedures)
Status: Full-time, permanent
Certification: Board certified or truly board eligible in Urology
Reason for need: Prior physician resigned due to relocation
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat inpatient urological conditions
Manage inpatient consults from hospital floors & ED
Perform inpatient procedures (e.g., cystoscopies, other urologic procedures)
Conduct daily rounding on urology patients
Collaborate with clinic-based urologists for seamless continuity of care
Requirements:
MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
Active (or eligible) Michigan license
AHA Advanced Life Support certification
Hospital-employed with single-hospital credentialing
