Responsibilities Service Advisor: Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process Explain service options, pricing, and timelines Recommend additional service based on vehicle condition and factory guidelines Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction from start to finish Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures
Qualifications Service Advisor: Automotive Service Advisor experience is required Familiarity with vehicle mechanical systems preferred Reynolds & Reynolds
experience is a plus Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Positive, professional appearance and attitude Valid drivers license and a clean driving record Please upload your resume!
