Mankato. This role is about communication, follow-through, and problem-solving. You'll be the link between our customers and our production teams, making sure orders are accurate, deadlines are met, and customers feel supported every step of the way. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls with a professional, friendly approach
Respond to customer emails and online inquiries with clear, accurate information
Research order details and provide status updates to customers
Coordinate with production and shipping teams to resolve questions or delays
Log customer interactions in our system with accuracy and detail
Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Help identify common questions or issues and share feedback with leadership
Your Shift:
8:30-5:00, Monday - Friday You Must Have Strong attention to detail - accuracy in notes and communication is essential
Clear speaking ability and strong written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
Dependability - good attendance and a steady work ethic are key
We Would Also Prefer Previous call center or customer service experience
Familiarity with order entry or ERP systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A team-first mindset and willingness to support others
Pay & Benefits The anticipated hourly range for this position is $15-$17. The actual base offered depends on several factors, including your qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, level of education, certifications, and location. This range is just one part of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
