About Aeris
Aeris provides a SaaS-based connectivity management platform for mobile operators and enterprises. It enables organizations to realize new revenue streams from a variety of devices while simplifying the process and reducing the cost of connecting them. The platform includes subscription management, eSIM/eUICC management via APIs, and self-service portals. Built on cloud computing and AI/ML, Aeris is a go-to destination for global IoT deployment.
As Aeris expands, we are seeking a GenAI software engineer to contribute to our GenAI capabilities and platform.
Responsibilities
Design and implement components of the GenAI platform and related services.
Research and apply cutting-edge GenAI technologies.
Build AI Agents and ensure delivery of GenAI OKRs.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
About You
Passionate, innovative, and driven to explore and challenge yourself and your team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
At least four years of professional experience. Four to six years of SaaS/PaaS-oriented product development experience is preferred.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with the ability to quickly learn new ones (Node.js and Python are a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive and effective communication with product and engineering management and stakeholders in an agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent; knowledge in electrical engineering is a plus.
Relocation assistance is not available. This position is located at our offices in San Jose, CA.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Langchain, AutoGPT).
Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $205,000. This range may be modified in the future and is a reflection of several factors including location, experience, and performance.
