The Food Service Associate will play a key role in our kitchen environment by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the day. You will support the manager in maintaining cash receipts and meal records while upholding high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

605316 Key Responsibilities: Prepare delicious food and baked goods according to a planned menu. Accurately complete a daily report to verify transactions. Understand meal inclusion and ensure an excellent dining experience for customers. Store food safely and in compliance with sanitation standards. Serve meals according to schedules and departmental policies. Effectively use and maintain kitchen equipment, particularly knives. Prepare various food items and beverages in a timely manner. Add garnishments to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction. Assist in thorough cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, cooking, and serving equipment. Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas. Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment. Ensure garbage areas and kitchen floors are tidy and hygienic. Take on additional duties as required to support kitchen operations. This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing and walking.
