Develop and maintain software related to speech synthesis and accessibility features Collaborate on projects that power screen reader and magnification technologies Learn, innovate, and contribute to high-quality, accessible software Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Experience with at least one of: Objective-C, Swift, C++, or C Ability to create, understand and maintain object-oriented software designs Preferred Qualifications: Ability to learn quickly and grapple with complex, critical code 3+ years of relevant work experience Upbeat, adaptable, and results-oriented attitude Aptitude for independently learning new technologies Passion for quality and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Apple Accessibility APIs and/or accessibility technologies Familiarity with audio-related software development Experience in developing safe and efficient multithreaded software systems Motivation to build software that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives Pay & Benefits Base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $220,900, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
