Salary and Benefits $55,000 – $65,000+ Annually (Commensurate with Experience) Health Insurance Vision and Dental Insurance Retirement Package Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (Increases with Tenure) Disability Package Responsibilities Monday – Friday Schedule Manage complex calendars across multiple entities Prepare briefs, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings Draft and format executive-level documents, letters, and presentations Maintain organized digital files and uphold confidentiality Support compliance workflows and coordinate document routing/signatures Assist with HR coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding Help maintain SOPs and onboarding/training materials Support brand, media, and content coordination (social posts, light editing, basic design) Plan and coordinate community events, travel, and partnership meetings Provide project support for business initiatives and special projects Requirements 4+ Years of Executive Administrative Support Experience Expertise with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint/PDF production Strong writing, formatting, and project management skills Experience supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX with occasional flexibility Preferred Healthcare administrative exposure (home health, hospice, or medical office) Experience with HR/recruiting coordination Familiarity with EMRs, billing systems, or compliance workflows Social media and light design (Canva or similar) About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
