Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Title: Data Analytics Expert Location : San Jose, CA OR Austin, TX Salary: Level 7 ($175-200k) Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Data Architecture & Integration Specialist to support two semiconductor business units by enhancing existing test data infrastructure. This role focuses on organizing and scaling electrical test data (voltages, currents, thermal metrics) from equipment across the manufacturing lifecycle. You’ll work closely with data scientists to improve architecture and ensure systems meet customer requirements. Required Skills & Experience M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, including leadership roles. Proven experience building and deploying ML/AI systems (e.g., LSTM, GRU, CNN, XGBoost) in production environments. Hands-on expertise with modern big data tools and infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, PySpark, Airflow, SQL, Git. Solid understanding of statistical methods, time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and causal inference techniques. Strong communication skills with experience translating technical outcomes into business strategy.
