The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in fueling top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You'll identify and engage potential customers, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

  • Identify leads aligned with our client's Ideal Customer Profile

  • Respond to inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web traffic

  • Communicate our client's value proposition effectively

Lead Qualification

  • Assess prospect needs and fit using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC

  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings with sales-ready leads

  • Transition leads smoothly to Account Executives

CRM & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach quality and targeting

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 2 years in a Sales Development or similar role (preferably in SaaS or B2B software)

  • Confidence and enthusiasm in outbound outreach

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and lead qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC)

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
