What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our acquisitions pipeline. Your job? Call inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and set up high-quality appointments for our Acquisitions team. You’ll be a pro at building rapport, asking the right questions, and sniffing out motivation faster than a dog smells bacon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (100+ calls/day)
  • Answer inbound inquiries from motivated sellers and interested investors
  • Qualify leads using company scripts, processes, and CRM
  • Schedule appointments and live transfers to acquisition and disposition agents
  • Maintain detailed notes and status updates in Salesforce CRM
  • Assist in nurturing long-term relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Hit weekly KPIs related to dials, contacts, appointments set, and conversions
  • Collaborate with sales managers and agents to improve conversion strategies

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Phone Confidence: You’re not afraid of rejection and can control the call
  • Sales Experience: 1+ year in phone sales, telemarketing, or call center preferred (real estate a bonus)
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRMs (Salesforce a plus), Google Suite, etc.
  • Detail-Oriented: You follow up like a pro and don’t let leads slip
  • Coachability: Open to feedback, scripts, and team training
  • Energy: Positive attitude and competitive drive to hit goals
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in real estate, investing, or wholesaling
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other)
  • Proven track record hitting outbound sales goals
