Role and Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth across AHEAD’s Central Region, partnering with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategy, execute flawlessly, and report on performance.
Act as the primary bridge between the Central Region and the broader marketing organization to ensure coordination, consistent messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional deliverables.
Champion regional engagement in national campaigns by localizing content, refining audience targeting, and aligning messaging to meet regional business needs.
Design, plan, execute, and optimize regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives, aligned with corporate and field priorities.
Build and sustain relationships with GTM and technology partners to support brand consistency and deliver co-marketing and partner programs.
Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value accounts, tailoring campaigns and events to accelerate sales cycles and increase engagement.
Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, using data to continually optimize programs and report impact to sales and marketing leadership.
Ensure clear communication with the regional sales team about upcoming programs, assets, and activation opportunities.
Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.
Plan and execute high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations, while supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
Oversee the Central Region marketing budget to ensure high-impact use of resources that deliver measurable business results.
Represent AHEAD as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements to strengthen presence in the Central region.
Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate has a strong track record of executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue through compelling content, integrated programs, and measurable impact, with a deep understanding of marketing best practices across digital channels and a data-driven mindset.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs.
Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and event execution.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
Highly analytical, with a passion for using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities.
$110,000 - $120,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
