Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with managerial and professional capabilities to drive data-driven decision making and cross-departmental collaboration. This role is critical in shaping business strategies through effective data analysis, visualization, and communication of actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-departmental managers and leadership to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide application analysis and data modeling designs to collect and manage data within a centralized data warehouse.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases and data warehouses to support reporting needs and cross-functional integration.
• Develop, standardize, and validate database designs and reporting methods to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Utilize query and reporting analysis tools to generate dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights for leadership teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, often chairing meetings and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP preferred.
• Skilled in query languages (e.g., SQL) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
