As an In-Seat Food Runner, you’ll deliver food and beverages directly to courtside guests with speed, accuracy, and top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray
Provide excellent customer service throughout each event
Assist with basic food prep and menu distribution
Maintain clean and organized service areas
Help with stand setup and cleanup
Train new team members as needed
Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods
Prior food service experience is a plus
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
Comfortable navigating crowds and working in a busy environment
