Position Title: Concessions Supervisor - Camp Randall Stadium
Pay Range : $21.00 to $22.00

Job Summary Summary : Join our team as a
Concessions Supervisor
and play a key role in managing the operations of concession stands during UW-Madison sporting events. In this position, you'll oversee non-profit volunteers, ensure proper training, and maintain a safe and efficient environment, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operations
of multiple concession stands, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience during UW-Madison sporting events. Assist team members and volunteers , responding to questions, addressing needs, and providing guidance throughout the event. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing
to ensure accurate service and product quality. Maintain inventory control
and ensure the proper handling of products and equipment. Stock and prepare concession stands
before the event, ensuring everything is in place and ready for service. Clean and close down
stands after the event, ensuring everything is in order for the next event. Complete
event paperwork
at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure proper records. Uphold cash handling policies
and follow food safety/sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Enforce responsible alcohol service
to ensure compliance with regulations. Perform additional duties as required to support event operations.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of leadership experience
in a food service or similar role. Willingness to complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification
(if not already certified). Recommended : Must be
21+ years of age
for alcohol handling responsibilities. Ability to
stand and walk for long hours
during events. Ability to lift 25-45 lbs
when necessary for setup and inventory management. Must be available to work
all UW-Madison Football games
and a majority of the events at the
