Los Alamos Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and X-ray equipment, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians Ensure proper patient positioning and equipment calibration Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the imaging process Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field Current ARRT certification in Radiography and CT Active licensure and credentials required to practice as a CT Technologist in the state of New Mexico Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging techniques, and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team
