StockApp is hiring: AI Software Engineer in Palo Alto

We're hiring Software Engineers in the following domains:

• Backend (especially with platforms/integration platforms experience)
• AI

What You'll Do:

• Own and scale frontends, services, and infrastructure across our modern tech stack (Typescript, Next.js, Mastra, Inngest, AWS).
• Design and build features for our B2B commerce platform and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and designers to ship features fast.
• Contribute across the stack and help establish best practices, tooling, and architecture from the ground up.
• Engage in rapid experimentation and iteration with a bias toward productionizing.
• Execute and experiment faster than ever with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and a team trying to stay at the bleeding edge.

What We're Looking For:

• 4-10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally including fast-paced startups.
• Mastery of TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS SQS event-driven architecture or similar asynchronous systems.
• Bias toward action, curiosity, and a strong product intuition.

Nice to have:

• Full-stack experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Prior experience in a founding team or early-stage startup.
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, SQS, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with AI development or workflow orchestration tools like Mastra, n8n, Inngest, Temporal.
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
