Expedia Group's Global Communications team is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that elevate our brand and deepen relationships across the travel ecosystem. We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Manager of Integrated Communications & Content Strategy to lead efforts that protect and amplify Expedia Group's reputation across emerging channels. This role will drive content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive reputation management in a rapidly changing media landscape. You're a senior integrated communications leader with a sharp eye on the future of communications and reputation. You understand how AI-powered platforms are reshaping how brands are discovered, interpreted, and trusted. You bring deep expertise in integrated content strategy, public relations, third-party advocacy, and social media, and you're ready to lead Expedia Group's efforts to ensure our brands are accurately and prominently represented. You thrive in cross-functional settings and are passionate about protecting and amplifying brand reputation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. In this role, you will: Lead data-informed content strategies to maximize Expedia Group's visibility and brand reputation across digital platforms
Establish and manage a centralized content function that produces high-quality, insights-driven content designed for discoverability and cross-channel leverage
Partner with social and influencer teams to optimize content for platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging AI-powered channels
Collaborate with regional communications teams to deliver localized content that aligns with global brand standards
Proactively identify and mitigate reputational risks related to AI interpretation and misinformation, in partnership with the Issues and Crisis Management team
Monitor trends in AI, media, and search behavior to inform strategy and recommend proactive actions
Ensure content is structured to support amplification across PR, social, influencer, and web platforms
Experience and qualifications: 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, digital content strategy, or reputation management
Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, LLMs, and how AI platforms influence brand visibility and trust
Proven ability to scale content across third-party channels with measurable results
Experience building and managing content hubs or editorial ecosystems
Proficiency in using data tools to measure brand performance, sentiment, and visibility
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation in a rapidly evolving media environment
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
