Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Customer Service Representative position open with our client in Orlando. This is an onsite, contract to hire position.
Responsibilities
Perform new patient enrollment process
Manage patient inquiries providing information and assistance and routing calls as appropriate (high volume calls)
Perform data entry of patient information and status of calls
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient's needs are met
Education/Experience
High school diploma plus two years of healthcare customer service/call center experience required (prior specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred)
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to detail & excellent at multi-tasking
Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (10 AM -7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM)
$20/hr.
