LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Customer Service Representative position open with our client in Orlando. This is an onsite, contract to hire position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform new patient enrollment process

  • Manage patient inquiries providing information and assistance and routing calls as appropriate (high volume calls)

  • Perform data entry of patient information and status of calls

  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient's needs are met

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma plus two years of healthcare customer service/call center experience required (prior specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred)

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong attention to detail & excellent at multi-tasking

  • Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance

Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (10 AM -7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM)

  • $20/hr.
