Global Supply Chain Management

Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) offers an excellent opportunity to join our energetic, and collaborative environment in support of our organization. Our procurement department manages all procurements in support of all Raytheon Business Units/Programs. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services. You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts. What you will do: Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations, price, delivery, scope, terms & conditions Place subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change orders Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions Issue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time & Materials) Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.) to achieve objectives Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews Ability to travel as required Qualifications you must have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience. Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
