Associate Occupancy Planner Workplace Planning Team This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2-3 days per week in either Spring, TX or Portland, OR. What this job involves

As an Associate Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our clients portfolio in a designated region. Youll serve as a critical link between various stakeholders while managing spaces effectively and providing insightful reporting. Responsibilities

Fostering Relationships

Build and maintain essential relationships between various individuals and organizations. Ensure coordination and collaboration among business units, especially facility management. Plan strategies that drive construction projects and support their implementation. Conduct regular facility audits.

Managing Spaces

Plan and manage portfolios to maximize space utilization. Assist clients with migration plans and both group and individual moves. Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand. Deliver monthly reporting, perform periodic data audits, track utilization data and trends, gather space requirements, update layouts, and develop planning diagrams.

Reporting & Data Management

Serve as the single point of contact for CAFM/IWMS databases and related support. Drive consistent data change request processes and lead site data validation programs. Maintain drawing compliance with data standards and support allocation/chargeback reporting.

Skills and Experience

Tech-Savvy Expertise Critical thinking with the ability to tell stories through data. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculations). Ability to read and interpret floor plans. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Experience consolidating data and floor plans into presentations. Previous experience with CAFM systems (FM Systems, Archibus, Serraview, Manhattan, Tririga or similar). AutoCAD skills preferred. Communication Champion Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive-level external and internal clients. Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them effectively. Skilled at asking the right questions to understand clients underlying needs. Ability to develop and cultivate diverse and inclusive teams. Dynamic Problem-Solver Strategic thinking to simplify complex challenges. Ability to evaluate workspace solutions against organizational objectives. Address spatial challenges and reconcile competing requirements. Decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative factors. Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers. Proactive and innovative in proposing solutions. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines in an agile environment. Education and Experience Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience in corporate space planning, interior design, project management, or facilities management in commercial real estate is preferred. Previous experience in space/occupancy planning is highly desirable.

65,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year Note: The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. Location
