Primary Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate secure cloud platform services and software that meet business requirements

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications

Implement front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and React Native

Develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases

Demonstrate experience with the full development life cycle for large-scale software products, including extensive knowledge of service-oriented architectures, design patterns, data, and web services

Collaborate and communicate effectively with other engineers and offshore/global teams

Understand product, project, and consumer priorities and follow Agile methodologies to deliver features within the specified timeline

Independently perform coding and unit testing, and assist/mentor team members as needed, including conducting code reviews

Adhere to code quality standards, development best practices, and deliver defect-free code

Partner with the business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end-to-end solutions

Practice agile solution delivery and influence teams towards engineering best practices, such as DevOps, CI/CD, and everything-as-code

Understand performance parameters, debug, fix application performance issues, and address/resolve operations tickets within guided SLAs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

4+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE (preferably Java 17 and above), Spring Boot, NoSQL Database, Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub

3+ years of experience with Agile/lean development practices

2+ years of experience working with Microservices and Event-driven architecture like Kafka

2+ years of experience with Cloud environments and architecture, preferably Azure

1+ years of engineering experience in building infrastructure using code (Terraform) and repeatable designs

1+ years of experience in automation of CI/CD and source control systems such as Git

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React, TypeScript, and React Native

Experience in the healthcare domain

Experience in EHR system integration and FHIR APIs

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you\'ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
