Master Data Supervisor
This position is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and governance of master data across Pilgrim's Pride Corporation within SAP and other enterprise systems. The Master Data Supervisor ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data supporting various business functions including live operations, quality assurance, supply chain, product development, and/or sales. This role plays a key part in supporting system implementations, data quality initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize data usage across the organization. Responsibilities include: Set up and maintain master data records in SAP and other enterprise systems. Support product lifecycle management by updating data related to new product introductions and changes. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and improve data quality. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and governance. Perform routine audits of delivered solutions to verify functionality and evaluate usage. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new data tools. Provide training and support to users on data-related processes and best practices. Assist with user access and security setup as needed. Perform other duties as required to support enterprise data initiatives. Travel to plant locations (about 10%). Qualifications: High School diploma/GED required. College Experience preferred. 1-3 years of related experience preferred in SAP, data governance, or reporting. Basic understanding of master data concepts and data governance principles. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and their data structures. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to create and maintain system documentation and data standards. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems and tools. Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred. Ability to understand cross-functional business needs and data dependencies. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset. Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Base salary range of $58,000 - $65,000. Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan.
