Technical Architect Opportunity

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Architect for a four month contract role with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote. Serve as a technical architect for two parallel workstreams: stop loss modernization and cutover planning. For the stop loss modernization work stream (50%), define key technical architecture elements that integrate with the client's core admin and TPA partner's ecosystems. Collaborate with the Business Solution Architect, stop loss SME(s) and client to understand future state requirements and processes. Using this knowledge, the Technical Architect is responsible to design and document a high-level outline of technology solution architecture to support future state processes. Provide materials, insights, and subject matter expertise to the Client in support of the stop loss and cutover planning workstreams. This includes activities such as: Explaining relevant technical information, procedures, processes, practices, and methods. For the cutover planning workstream, work with client requirements and a highly matrixed program team comprising business, technology, configuration, testing and multiple vendor / partners to create and document a technical cutover plan that outlines and tracks all necessary tasks through the go-live date for in scope migrations. (50%) Provide day-to-day oversight and work assignments to the offshore Technical Analyst. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high quality services Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: 10+ years of experience with software development life cycle including Agile and Waterfall delivery models Has served in a lead role responsible to develop and document at least one (1) system migration cutover plan 5+ years of experience with core admin system payer integration , preferably HealthRules (HRP). 5+ years of experience working with Health Insurance processes and systems, including claims processing, stop loss, enrollment, benefits and / or provider management 5+ years of experience migrating a healthcare plan to a new technology platform Desired Skills: Health Rules Payer (HRP) Familiarity with Medica Health Plan Experience with stop loss Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $85.00 to $95.00/hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
