As the Associate Wellness Director, you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What Cascade Living and Waterford Grand look for in a Associate Wellness Director LPN:

  • Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [or Registered Nurse (RN)]

  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

  • Experience working with seniors is preferred.

  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as the Associate Wellness Director LPN for Waterford Grand:

  • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

  • Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

  • Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

  • Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$80,000 - $90,000/annually
*Depending on Experience

Job Type:

  • Full Time

  • Sunday - Thursday

  • Occasional weekend and after hours required

  • Weekend Availability Required
