Opportunity:
RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Primary and backup call rotations for weekends and evenings/nights
• Daily caseload of 13-17 patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience required - does not accept first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• Must have experience with vascular studies/procedures and neuro experience including stroke and body work
• Inpatient hospital experience required with PACS and contrast
• Experience with all IR procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies
• Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment experience required
• Acuson equipment experience preferred
• Epic and Visage charting system experience preferred
• Must be available Monday through Friday during first week for orientation
• Scrubs provided
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• 8-10 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start
