We are looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales & Development Representative (SDR) (1 year experience) to help us grow our pipeline and connect decision-makers in high-impact sectors with our account management team. This is a foundational sales role with real growth potential into BDR, Account Development, or Marketing roles.

What Youll Be Doing
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research target industries and personalize outreach to key personas
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion
- Log all activity and insights in Salesforce CRM
- Secure presentation appointments for Account Managers
- A natural communicator with a professional, confident presence on calls
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven you love a challenge
- Interest in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital marketing
- Early experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus
- Basic computer literacy; CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) is helpful
- You prefer consultative selling over high-pressure tactics and so do we
- $50,000 base salary + commission and performance bonuses
