The opportunity? We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to manage inbound leads, guide homeowners through product selection and installation, and support broader business development efforts.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring waterproofing solutions — acting as a technical resource, facilitating homeowner leads, and supporting our dealer network with product knowledge and service.
In addition, you’ll help drive growth by identifying and connecting with builders, contractors, and other market participants through targeted outreach and engagement. Your efforts will help strengthen our presence and expand our network across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
· Manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads to support the sales team and our dealer network.
· Guide homeowners through product selection and installation as part of our DIY program.
· Identify and engage with market participants through targeted outreach and campaigns.
· Maintain CRM records, update customer accounts, and track sales activities to support business development.
· Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to expand market reach.
· Analyze competitive landscape and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
What We Look For:
- Post Secondary education - degree or diploma - in a relative field of study
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of construction, building materials, or home improvement is an asset.
- Prior experience in trades or technical is an asset.
