Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager II–III (Security) to support the Information Security Project Management Office (ISPMO). This role will combine project management, product ownership, business analysis, and scrum master responsibilities to drive successful delivery of cybersecurity and technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodologies, proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO), and experienced in managing complex technical projects across multiple stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, gather and document requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple security and technology projects within the ISPMO, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Act as a hybrid Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Scrum Master to support end-to-end project delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
Manage and maintain product and project backlogs by capturing, refining, prioritizing, and tracking user stories and business requirements in ADO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define objectives, clarify requirements, and ensure successful execution.
Use Azure DevOps to manage boards, assign tasks, track dependencies, and create project reports and dashboards.
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain consistent progress and stakeholder alignment.
Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation, reports, and communications using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
Promote adherence to Agile best practices and organizational project management standards.
Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with demonstrated responsibilities in product ownership, business analysis, and scrum master roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog grooming, boards, tagging, and reporting.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile/Scrum practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Excellent business analysis skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work independently.
Availability to work onsite one day per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experience in project management and Agile roles.
Experience managing multiple Agile teams concurrently within a PMO environment.
Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps reporting and dashboard creation.
Experience with vendor management and coordination across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with technical documentation standards and linking artifacts in ADO or SharePoint.
Prior experience working on cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master)
