Looking to be a part of a great team? We're hiring now for a Call Center Representative (Bilingual) in Georgetown, TX.

Call Center Representative Tasks & Duties

  • Answer large amounts of inbound calls and/or messages

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Assist customers in the showroom as well with their questions, orders, and pick ups

Call Center Representative Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 9:00am to 6:00pm

  • Monday - Friday

  • Rotating Saturdays are required from 9am-2pm

Call Center Representative Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • GED / High School Diploma

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts

  • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
