K12th Grade Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Spanaway, WA. This on-site role involves working with a diverse K12th grade student population to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across K12 grades
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student evaluations
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and session notes
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Washington state SLP license and ESA certification (or eligibility)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
