Atlas Management is hiring an Office Manager for a Nashville, TN based CPA firm. Our client is seeking for an individual which can deliver administrative support to the CEO and manage the day to day operations of the office. The Office Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The job duties will require advanced administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. All work is of a confidential and complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. This position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment. Office Manager Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour Onsite - Nashville, TN Contract to hire (Once hire full medical, vision, dental, 401k) Primary Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maintain and coordinate schedules, calendars, and meeting requests for senior executive. Responsible for maintaining sensitive files and records. Coordinate heavy travel schedules. Arrange meetings, conference calls, prep meeting rooms for presentations. Create and modify presentations. Compose correspondence, memos and letters. Process expense reports, check requests and timekeeping (as needed). Record minutes of monthly meetings. Perform other misc. office duties such as reviewing mail, answering emails and voice mails. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Ability to handle multiple, high-priority tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. 2. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work load. Able to readily adapt to work prioritization changes. 3. Ability to think and operate independently with minimal supervision. 4. Ability to handle moderately complex assignments with direction but minimal supervision. 5. Highly developed interpersonal, organization, written, verbal, presentation, coordination, and multi-tasking skills. 6. Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders informed about project status and prioritization changes. 8. Ability to operate computer to access email, electronic calendars, and other basic office software. 9. Advance with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 10. Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed (as well as company or community events). REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma with at least 5 years prior experience in an office setting or college degree. Administrative Assistant Certificate preferred. Upper level management assistance preferred. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers. Satisfactory criminal background check. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
