Job Title: SAP CRM Developer with S/4HANA Service Management Experience Location: Dallas, TX Duration : 6+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Developer with proven experience in S/4HANA Service Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions while also leveraging S/4HANA Service Management functionalities to drive end-to-end service processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP CRM aligned with business requirements. Work with S/4HANA Service Management modules for service orders, service contracts, service billing, and resource-related billing. Configure and enhance service processes, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, finance, and other related modules. Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, workflows, and interfaces in SAP CRM and S/4HANA. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide support for incident resolution, performance tuning, testing, and deployment of changes. Ensure compliance with SAP development standards, best practices, and governance processes. Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of overall SAP development experience with a focus on SAP CRM technical development. Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Service Management (Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing). Strong knowledge of ABAP development including enhancements, BADI, BAPI, WebUI, and middleware. Experience in OData services and SAP Fiori apps for Service Management. Integration experience with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI-CO) and external systems. Familiarity with SAP CDS views, AMDPs, and S/4HANA data modeling. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
