Case Manager 058 - Edison NJ Salary: $44,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Interview and determine eligibility for rental/housing assistance, provide case management services to at-risk or homeless households in Middlesex County. Responsibilities include service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers/landlords, housing retention, completing housing inspections throughout NJ, and utilization of HMIS case management software. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work or a similar Human Service field is preferred At least two (2) years of relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to provide effective services to clients required.
