Senior Application Developer – Tyler Munis ERP

Location: Pasadena, CA 91101 (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week) Contract: 6 Months Pay: $55–$70/hr About the Role We are seeking a Senior Application Developer with strong experience in Tyler Munis ERP (HR/Payroll and/or Finance). This role is critical in supporting ERP enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades for the City of Pasadena. Responsibilities Architect and manage integrations with third-party platforms. Troubleshoot ERP application issues, resolve bugs, and improve performance. Provide Tier 2 support to business users and coordinate with IT/vendors. Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and SQL artifacts (SSRS, Power BI, Stored Procedures, Views, Queries). Automate workflows and streamline inefficiencies. Maintain technical documentation for all ERP customizations and workflows. Manage ERP user roles and permissions. Lead ERP upgrades, workflow redesigns, and UAT/test case creation. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Tyler Munis ERP (HR/Payroll and/or Finance). Strong SQL development skills (queries, views, stored procedures). Proficiency with SSRS, Power BI, and workflow automation. Background in ERP upgrades, system troubleshooting, and user support. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
