GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Wealth Specialist will be a member of a team that supports ultra-high net worth client relationships within our Family Office. We help our clients by developing individualized plans and provide strategic advice to clients including, but not limited to, cash management, charitable planning, insurance analysis, retirement, tax & estate planning and investment advisory services.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct research and identify tax planning strategies tailored to UHNW individuals and families. Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver holistic financial solutions. Leverage strong technology skills to streamline processes, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. Support initial guidance for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of insurance, retirement planning, estate planning, business planning, education funding and investment advisory Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs. Work closely with the Wealth Advisors to support clients and prospects. Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the client needs and solutions. In coordination with the Family Office team, meets with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents, implement plans and ensure follow-up. Maintain a comprehensive list of financial planning and investment action items. Consistently and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items. Develop strong product knowledge and client relationship management skills. Prepare preliminary client correspondence and professional client presentation materials. Maintain and grow your financial planning and investment knowledge through continuous reading of periodicals, white papers, research reports and other family office publications.

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS 5+ years of relevant experience working with wealth management clients and/or related financial services Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - is a plus. Investment management, third party certification or licensing by relevant agency or association an added plus.
