HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION:
Our Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for reviewing and approving all motor vehicle refund claims submitted and assisting team members with any questions or concerns.
Responsibilities - What you'll do
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION:
This description may not include all the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title. Review all processed motor vehicle refund claims for accuracy First level approval of all reviewed motor vehicle refund claims Process all credit card refunds as needed Training for new team members Assisting team members with questions as needed Assist in Process Improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned Qualifications - All you need for success

Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate 3-5 years' experience in motor vehicle processing
