About the Role We are seeking a
Senior IT Project Manager
to lead ERP and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA migrations and large-scale enterprise technology implementations. This is a management-focused role, responsible for project oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence rather than hands-on configuration.
The ideal candidate will bring a consulting background, strong project management expertise, and a proven track record managing ERP/digital transformation projects across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, or other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities Lead ERP/digital transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee planning, execution, and governance of major IT implementations. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations. Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders at all levels. Manage and align cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners. Analyze business processes and create tailored transformation roadmaps. Support tender/vendor management and selection processes. Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Qualifications
Academic background in Information Technology or related field. Proven IT Project Management experience, particularly in major IT implementations. 5–10 years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or other enterprise systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT. Experience with vendor management and large-scale program oversight. PMP or other project management certifications a plus. Should Have
SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA migration projects). Expertise in manufacturing and/or wholesale retail industries. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
