Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As Night Audit Supervisor, you will act as the Resort's Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations, financial accuracy, guest satisfaction, and a seamless transition to the morning team. You will oversee nightly audit processes, guest interactions, and safety protocols, all while maintaining system integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities include: Oversee all night audit operations with focus on financial accuracy, guest service, and safety/security. Accurately close and reopen operating days across multiple systems (PMS, POS, reporting tools) and generate, review, and distribute required nightly reports. Prepare, balance, and verify financial transactions; reconcile daily revenue and resolve discrepancies. Process guest payments, post charges, ensure accurate billing, and account balancing. Provide seamless handoff to morning staff with complete and accurate records. Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests during overnight hours. Respond to emergencies, follow safety procedures, perform routine safety checks, and document incidents with management partnership. Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority, escalating issues as needed. Support compliance with OSHA, property safety standards, and HAZMAT requirements. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting/audit experience preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, and night audit processes. Proficiency with PMS, POS, reporting platforms, and MS Office. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and analytical. Ability to work independently overnight, as part of a team, and on varying schedules including weekends and holidays. GREAT IF YOU HAVE

Two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality operations. Advanced knowledge of financial auditing systems or hotel accounting software. CPR, First Aid, or Safety Certification. Experience leading teams during overnight or high-pressure operations.
