Adecco is currently assisting a local Nonprofit recruit for a Customer Service Rep. in the Honolulu HI area. This Customer Service position is part time, 20 hours per week with starting pay rates of $19.00 per hour. For instant consideration for this Customer Service position, Apply Now! Requirements:
Assist, research and follow-up with interpreters, vendors, customers, and community partners with requests, concerns, inquiries, and questions. Maintains accurate records and assists in the coordination of all quotes, new customers/agencies, and unverified appointments. Address customers' needs on the phone and through email in a courteous, professional manner. Able to retrieve and return voicemail messages and emails timely. Review, process, and dispatch all requests that are made by phone, email, and fax. Able to pull and verify data accuracy for reports. Verify accuracy for scheduling of interpreters for customers (i.e. duplicate jobs, missing information, and pending jobs) and ensure that appointments are dispatched, rescheduled, and processed accordingly. Conduct Interpreter Survey Forms with customers. File paperwork to appropriate files and/or folders. Assists the Program Coordinator/Director of Operations as needed. Skills:
