Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours) Position Overview This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in administrative operations, HR coordination, employee engagement, and general office management. Administrative & Office Support ● Run local errands (e.g., making keys, picking up medical office supplies) ● Manage office inventory and place supply orders as needed ● Open and scan incoming mail ● Handle office bills and basic bookkeeping tasks ● Schedule and coordinate office lunches ● Coordinate snow removal and landscaping services HR & Employee Relations ● Manage 90-day and 1-year employee review schedules ● Resume screening and schedule/conduct phone interviews ● Generate 1:1 employee check-ins for managers and track follow-ups ● Maintain employee birthday calendar and coordinate birthday messages ● Organize attendance recognition and employee reward programs ● Order branded office merchandise (e.g., jackets, name tags) Employee Engagement ● Coordinate company morale events (e.g., amusement park tickets, holiday parties) ● Assist with planning team-building and seasonal activities Operations & Compliance ● Assist with website updates and minor content changes ● Maintain and update the employee handbook and office policies ● Update and revise patient intake and consent forms ● Manage provider credentialing and eligibility enrollment ● Maintain and organize user logins for websites, portals, and software Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation ● Excellent communication skills ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment ● Ability to manage confidential information professionally ● Tech-savvy – comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and cloud-based platforms Please note that previous experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
