As an IT Support Intern, you'll help keep our technology running smoothly by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You'll support system maintenance, manage user accounts, and document technical solutions. This will help you gain hands-on experience in real-world IT operations and problem-solving.
This position is expected to start in January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring 2026 term (through May 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site. In This Role: Manage IT tickets by troubleshooting basic issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to the IT team Follow established IT processes, suggest workflow improvements, and help create internal and user-facing documentation Provide timely follow-ups with end users on open tickets and communicate resolutions to meet service level agreements Assist with the offboarding process by deactivating accounts, backing up data, and tracking company assets Help create and deploy system images for hardware setups Maintain and organize inventory records for IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses Track and document the lifecycle of IT equipment Other duties as assigned by Management Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team:

The ideal person Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of Windows OS, exposure to Microsoft Azure is a plus Familiarity with imaging tools and inventory management software About Four Hands
