NSI Industries is seeking a seasoned

Product Manager

to lead the strategic direction and execution of one or more product categories from our headquarters in Huntersville, NC. This high-impact role offers full

P&L ownership

and is responsible for driving

commercialization ,

market segmentation ,

roadmap development , and

new product innovation .

As a key cross-functional leader, the Product Manager will collaborate with teams across

Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations

to optimize category performance, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver market-driven solutions that meet customer needs.

This role is

hybrid , offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities: Lead strategic product planning

and provide marketing recommendations through effective use of product development roadmaps and competitive analysis Develop and execute product commercialization plan

through targeted gap analysis, pricing strategy, and marketing collateral Identify key market segments and verticals for additional revenue opportunities and market share gain Gather VOC (Voice of the Customer) intelligence as it relates to current and potential product offerings Lead annual pricing strategy through understanding of market acceptance and competitive landscape Oversee/review existing product category inventory as it relates to turns and forecast to sales ratios; support sales and operations planning through accurate forecasting based on organic, incremental, and new product growth Conduct competitive analysis to determine emerging trends in the marketplace and feature/gap analysis Support and drive new product development (NPD) activities through marketing scopes, costing, price positioning, channels of distribution, and go to market strategy recommendations Assists in packaging and technical document development and review cycles Demonstrated success in driving change, achieving business results, and developing & continually improving standards of performance Lead technical training and capacity-building as needed through NSI marketing programs; creates and/or collaborates on product content for training sessions with internal and external customers Actively participate in seminars, professional organization meetings, and trade shows, as required Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or General Business Minimum of 3 -5 years of progressive product management, sales, or engineering experience from a consumer and electrician led electronic goods manufacturing organization Development and execution of product commercialization to drive market share gain Proficient in operating Windows, CRM and BI programs as well as associated Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of basic financial statements and P&L ownership Possess skills/analytical capabilities to run and compare industry data to develop sales deployment strategies for the electrical supply product platform. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and BI software tools Preferred:

Product and application knowledge in general electrical supply products in residential, commercial and industrial applications. Preferred:

Field sales experience with industrial or building supply distribution.
