Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain guest accounts: guest checks, master accounts, vouchers, gift certificates, etc. Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up. Perform all functions of guest registry including check in and check out, updating reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy. Maintain and protect guest privacy and discretion. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organization skills required Strong guest service background A professional presentation Previous customer service experience required
