Job Description Salary: $90-$100 per hour Acquisition & Systems Integration-Project Management Support (CONTINGENT)

Overseeing all phases of acquisition, budget execution, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with federal laws, regulations, and audit requirements. Provides program and project management support to IT portfolio projects as directed.

Responsibilities: Provide support to mission partners across acquisition and program management activities. Guide, evaluate, and oversee engineering and acquisition-related activities. Support test and integration events, ensuring technical and contractual compliance. Prepare and review acquisition documentation (RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, CDRLs) and technical reports supporting program development and sustainment. Lead integrated teams responsible for development, test, and sustainment of fielded and developmental systems; ensuring alignment with program security and logistics requirements. Support acquisition planning and execution, including market research, vendor evaluation, and contract award recommendations. Guide development and evaluation of program elements across the acquisition lifecycle, including risk management, technical reviews, and performance assessments. Ensure all activities adhere to DoD and AFOSI acquisition, security, and financial management policies. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: 12-15+ years of progressive federal acquisition, contracting, or financial management experience. IT program oversight experience. DAWIA Level III or FAC-COR Level III certification preferred. Proven experience supporting system design, test, integration, and sustainment. Familiar with DoD program management reviews, source selections, and technical documentation processes. Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, federal IT procurement policies, and audit compliance.

Education : Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters preferred).

Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required w/SAP eligibility
