Sealy, TX Job Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient packing and shipment of copper tubing orders to customers. This role manages inventory flow, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute the packing, labeling, and shipping of copper tubing orders to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and proper handling of materials. Maintain organized inventory storage, conduct regular counts, and communicate discrepancies or needs to management. Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners. Monitor warehouse supplies (packaging materials, equipment, tools) and request replenishment as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as necessary. Provide feedback and collaborate with management to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow. Serve as the on-site point of contact for warehouse activities in Sealy, communicating regularly with remote management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse,
shipping/receiving,
or logistics coordination. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations. Proficiency with basic computer systems and shipping software. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification). Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely. Work Environment Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Requires standing, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
