Senior Corporate Recruiter
to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company's continued success. Working closely with business leaders, you will develop strategic recruitment plans and ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent through social media, professional networks, and partnerships. Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring strategies. Employer Branding:
Promote Perry Ellis International as an employer of choice by leveraging branding strategies, attending networking events, and building strong relationships with candidates. Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, state/federal employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process. Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by fostering equitable hiring practices and broadening talent pipelines. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Skills: Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of roles. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and recruitment platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. What We Offer
