YOUR DAY TO DAY :
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Manufacturing Receiving Materials Handler
to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments to support production operations. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or receiving experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to accuracy and safety.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR :
Receive and unload incoming deliveries of raw materials, components, and supplies. Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy. Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Accurately enter receiving data into ERP/MRP or inventory systems. Label and route materials to proper storage locations or production departments. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in receiving and storage areas. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material flow. Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE :
High school diploma or GED required. 4+ year of receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to obtain forklift certification required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong skills in problem solving. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with JDE a strong plus. May be prolonged periods of standing, walking or seated in front of a computer. Ability to kneel, stoop, bend, climb reach, and/or balance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Salary Range $19.50 – $22.50 / hour
